Tomato Pudding

1 (10 ounces) can tomato puree
3/4 cup boiling water
1 cup brown sugar
pinch of salt
2 cups bread cubes (4 slices bread)
1/2 cup melted butter

Boil the puree, water, sugar and salt. Pour melted butter over the bread cubes. Pour tomato mixture over buttered cubes. Bake in ungreased baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
