Tomato Cheese Pie

1 1/4 cups drained plum red tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon dry basil
1 tablespoon onion flakes
1 1/4 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9-inch pie dish.

Bake for 45 minutes at 375*F (190*C). Serve with warm bread.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
