1 14 ounce can coconut milk
2 teaspoons Thai red curry paste
2 pounds beef sirloin steak
2 tablespoons nam pla
1 bunch fresh basil
2 green onion, sliced
1 tablespoon sugar
Slice beef thin. In big pot, stir and cook coconut milk until it separates, about 5 min. Stir in red curry paste, then stir in beef cooking until done. Add everything else and serve.
