500 gr. minced pork meat,
500 gr. ricotta cheese,
500 gr. dough for bread,
50 gr. unsweetened cocoa,
a pinch of cinnamon,
2 eggs,
olive oil,
salt and pepper.
Roll the dough for bread out and make several disks.
Brown minced meet with salt and pepper, add ricotta and a pinch of cinnamon. Put some of this mixture on each disk, put another disk on top, seal with a fork.
Beat two egg whites stiff, add cocoa and brush the pies. Place on a greased tin and bake for about 20 minutes.
