Fresh and frozen fruit join forces to create a refreshing drink brimming with vitamins and fiber.
1 cup California seedless grapes
1/2 cup frozen cherries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup peeled sliced oranges
1/2 cup peeled sliced banana
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until mixture is smooth.
Makes 2 servings.
NOTE: For a thicker consistency, freeze grapes before blending ingredients. To freeze grapes: rinse, dry and spread grapes in a single layer in a cake or pie pan. Freeze 1½ to 2 hours or until solidly frozen.
