1 Head Celery
8 ounces Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Walnuts, Chopped/Chunked
I don’t chip the walnuts too fine.
Remove the stalks from the celery and rinse well in cold water. Trim off the leaves and ends. Cut into three-inch pieces. Allow to dry. Lightly whip the cream cheese. Mix in the walnuts. Fill the celery with the mixture. Chill well before serving.
