1 carrot, peeled and sliced diagonally
1 onion, cut in 1 inch pieces
2 cups napa cabbage, cut up
1 tablespoon sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
1 teaspoon 5-spice powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar (optional)
dash msg (optional)
salt to taste
Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the carrot for about 1 minute. Add the onion and cabbage and spices and stir fry until done to your taste.
The entire dish has fewer than 200 calories.
