5 ml olive oil 1 tsp
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
500 g baby bok choy 1 lb
15 ml soy sauce 1 tbsp
50 ml water 1/4 cup
In a large skillet; heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for about 10 seconds.
Add bok choy and stir together for 1 minute. Add soy sauce and water. Bring to boil. Cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes or until bok choy wilts and is tender.
