30 ml oil 2 tbsp
250 ml green onions, sliced 1 cup
225 g fresh spinach, sliced 1/2 lb
225 g bok choy 1/2 lb
30 ml sugar 2 tbsp
30 ml cider vinegar 2 tbsp
In a large skillet; heat oil over medium-heat. Add green onions and cook, stirring occasionally.
Add spinach and bok choy. Stir and cook for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine sugar and vinegar and add to spinach mixture.
Serves 4
