Spinach Apple Salad

125 ml mayonnaise
50 ml frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3 red apples, unpeeled and chopped
1 bag baby spinach
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled

In a small bowl; combine mayonnaise and orange juice. Add chopped apple. Let marinade several hours.

In a large bowl; toss spinach, romaine lettuce and bacon bits. Pour dressing over and serve.
