125 g ripe tomatoes, coarsely chopped 1/4 lb
2 scallions, trimmed & chopped
150 ml orange juice 2/3 cup
tabsco sauce to taste
crushed ice
In a blender; put tomatoes. Switch on with motor running; add scallions and orange juice. Add a few dashes of tabasco sauce. Continue to blend until smooth.
In a tall glass filled half full of crushed ice; pour in juice.
