1 large clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh minced oregano or 1 teaspoon dried
1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
4 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
8 tablespoon olive oil
Mix all the ingredients except the oil in a shaker or bowl. Mix until well blended. Add olive oil and mix until emulsified. Allow to sit at room temperature for at least 4 hours. Shake or spoon over your favorite salad. Will keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
