Snow Ice Cream

2 large or 3 small fresh eggs
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup milk
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh snow

Beat eggs well; add sugar and mix well. Add milk, salt, and the vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Mix in fresh snow until you reach the desired thickness. Serve immediately.

Serves 6 to 8, dependent on amount of snow used.
