8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons sour cream, or yogurt
1/2 lb smoked salmon, thinly sliced
2 ounces red caviar
Blend softened cream cheese with sour cream. Gently fold in caviar and spread salmon slices with the mixture. Roll up and cut into 1-1/2 inch lengths. Served chilled.
