1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tsp. diced onions
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/2 tsp kosher salt
3/4 cup canola oil
1 TB poppyseed
Place first five ingredients in a blender or food processor. When well-mixed add oil slowly. Add poppyseed and blend for 10 seconds.
