Roasted Asparagus with Smoked Salmon

1 bunch asparagus
4 oz sliced smoked salmon
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
4 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves finely chopped garlic
2 tablespoon julienned basil
salt
pepper

Roast the asparagus with a little olive oil, salt and pepper in a 400 deg F oven (about 15 to 20 minutes) or until tender. Let cool. Then wrap asparagus with a slice of smoked salmon. Arrange on a platter. Mix lemon juice, remaining olive oil, and garlic together. Salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over asparagus. Sprinkle with basil. Can be served warm or cold.
