Ranch Beef Pitas

2 pita breads, cut in half
284 g romain lettuce, coarsely chopped 10 oz
325 ml roast beef, cooked & cubed 1 1/3 cup
4 roma tomatoes, cut in half & sliced
125 ml ranch dressing 1/2 cup
50 ml red onion, sliced 1/4 cup

In a large bowl; toss lettuce, beef, tomatoes and dressing. Divide among pita havles. Top with onion.
