Raisin Bran Muffins

1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups raisin bran
1-1/3 cups milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup honey

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

Pour milk over raisin bran, stir, and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in eggs, melted butter, and honey. Add dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. Spoon batter into twelve greased muffin pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in a muffin comes out clean.
