1 kg chicken thighs
100g mushrooms (sliced)
1 onion finely chopped
1 pkt mushroom soup
1/2 cup red wine
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 tablespoon sour cream
Brown chicken thighs in a little oil if desired. Place in a casserole dish with mushrooms and onion. Mix the soup and water add the wine and pour over the chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cover, cook for 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 180C. Add sour cream just before serving.
