Prime Rib Roast

1 (5 to 6 lb.) boneless beef rib eye roast
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup vinegar

Trim fat from meat. Combine ingredients. Pour mixture over meat. Marinade in refrigerator overnight. Remove meat from marinade. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Wrap meat in heavy foil, place in shallow pan. Roast in slow 300 degrees oven for 2 hours for medium rare or use meat thermometer. When done, slice. Use marinade as sauce to dip steak in.
