Potato Pie

6 large eggs
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups diced peeled cooked potatoes or frozen diced hash browns, thawed
6 oz grated Swiss cheese (about 1-1/2 cups)
4 oz ham, diced
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup half and half

Preheat oven to 350o F. Generously butter 9-inch pie plate. Whisk eggs, onions, salt and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, cheese, ham, bell pepper and half and half. Stir to blend. Pour into prepared dish. Bake until set, about 1 hour 20 minutes. Cut into wedges.

Makes 8 servings.
