Potato Casserole

500 ml russet potatoes, cooked & mashed 2 cup
250 g cream cheese, softened 8 oz
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
15 ml all purpose flour 1 tbsp
1 ml salt 1/4 tsp
.5 ml pepper 1/8 tsp

Combine mashed potatoes, cream cheese, onions, eggs, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl of an electric mixer. Beat 2 to 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake in preheated 300 F (150 C) oven, uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes.
