3 to 4 lb. roast (arm, chuck, etc.)
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dry mustard
a little less 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Place roast in crock-pot with water to cover, about 1-inch. Mix ingredients and place over roast. Cook 12 to 14 hours. Separate with fork and serve on buns or bread.
