Pesto Dip

3 garlic cloves, peeled
1 bunch basil, stems removed
50 ml pine nuts, toasted 1/4 cup
125 ml olive oil 1/2 cup
50 ml parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated 1/4 cup

Into a food processor, drop garlic while machine is running. Add basil and pine nuts and process to a grainy texture.

With machine running, gradually add olive oil to the desired consistency. Fold in cheese by hand.
