1 papaya [12 oz.], peel, seed, chunk
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup orange juice
1/3 cup nonfat milk
1 teaspoon coconut extract
1-1/2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
Add the papaya to a blender and puree until smooth. Add the lime juice, orange juice, milk, and coconut extract and blend. Add the frozen yogurt and blend until the desired consistency.
Makes 2 servings (about 1 cup each)
