3/8 c whole wheat bread flour
1/2 c rye flour
1 c bread flour
3/8 c cornmeal
1 teaspoon cocoa
1 tablespoon gluten
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 c honey
3/4 c water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
