MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE

3/4 CUP MILK,
1 TABLESPOON BROWN SUGAR,
1/4 TEASPOON CINNAMON,
1/4 TEASPOON VANILLA,
1 POUCH HOT CHOCOLATE MIX,
1 OZ KAHLUA,
WHIPPED CREAM,
1 CINNAMON STICK

MIX IN BOWL MILK, BROWN SUGAR, CINNAMON, VANILLA and PINCH OF SALT, HEAT TO BOIL IN MICROWAVE. COMBINE WITH REMAINING INGREDIENTS IN BLENDER, BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH and FROTHY, SERVE IN MUG WITH WHIPPED CREAM and CINNAMON STICK.
