Meatloaf

1-1/2 lb Ground turkey
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Chopped Fresh or 1/4 teaspoon dried Sage leaves (May be replaced With Thyme)
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 cl Garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
3 each Slices of bread torn into Small pieces or 1/2 cup dry Bread crumbs or 1/4 cup Quick cooking oats.
1 each Egg
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 sm Onion
1/2 cup Ketchup, chili sauce or Barbecue sauce

Yield: 6 servings, 375 calories per serving.

Heat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients except ketchup. Spread mixture in loaf pan, 8-1/2 X 4-1/2 X 2-1/2 or 9 X 5 X 3 inches, or shape loaf in rectangular pan, 13 X 9 X 2 inches. Spoon ketchup over top. Bake 1 to 1-1/4 hours or until done. Remove from pan.

To Microwave:
Prepare as directed – except shape into 6 small loaves. Place in rectangular microwavable dish, 11 X 7 X 1-1/2 inches. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 14 to 17 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 7 minutes. Let stand on flat, heatproof surface (not wire rack) 5 minutes.
