As many lychees as you have on hand
Crushed ice
Sugar to taste
Peel the lychees and remove the seeds. Remove the brown spots also if you want to. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
Combine with about equal parts of ice and mix thoroughly in a blender or food processor, pour into tall glasses (add a mint sprig if you like) and serve.
For a frozen lychee daiquiri, add a shot or two of light rum for every serving as you blend the mixture.
