Makes 8 servings
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon granulated sugar replacement, or 1/2 packet
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon light soy sauce
2/3 cup broth
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped and toasted in a dry skillet
Combine Vinegar, ginger and garlic in large mixing bowl. Stir in sugar substitute, fish sauce, and soy sauce. Gradually whisk in broth. Repeat with sesame oil. Stir in nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
