Makes 8 servings
1/2 cucumber
1/4 red bell pepper
1 green onion
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 packet sugar substitute
Coarsely chop cucumber, red pepper, and onion; place on food processor with remainder of ingredients. Process until smooth. Makes one cup dressing. Store in refrigerator up to 10 days.
