6 lg Boneless, skinless chicken Breasts
1 tablespoon Hungarian paprika
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon White pepper
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1-1/2 c Defatted chicken broth
3/4 c Nonfat sour cream
Bowtie noodles
1/4 c Chopped parsley
Yield: 6 Servings
In a nonstick skillet over high heat, brown chicken breasts about 2 minutes on each side, then remove from pan. Add spices to pan and stir 1 minute. Add chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes, reducing liquid slightly.
Turn heat to low and add sour cream. Return chicken to pan and simmer for 3 minutes, covered, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over bowtie noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
