2 tablespoons instant decaffeinated coffee granules
2/3 cup boiling water
1 quart low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
Ground cinnamon (garnish)
Dissolve coffee in boiling water, then slowly beat into frozen yogurt. If mixture is too soft, beat in additional frozen yogurt. Spoon into 4 coffee mugs and garnish with cinnamon. Freeze until ready to serve; let soften for 15 minutes before serving.
