Lemon Sorbet

2-1/2 cups water
1 cup + 2 tablespoon sugar
2/3 cups fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil and heat for 5 minutes. Cool and then add lemon juice and peel. Refrigerate until cold. Pour into machine for 20-30 minute or until desired consistency.
