Whole graham crackers
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Juice and grated rind of 2 lemons
1 cup shredded coconut
Powdered sugar icing
Chopped nuts
In a 9 x 13 pan, place a layer of whole graham crackers. Blend sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, rind, and coconut; spread over crackers. Cover with another layer of whole graham crackers. Top with a powdered sugar icing and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Let stand 4-6 hours; cut into squares.
Yields 20 bars.
