For crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
For Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup key lime juice
1 cup sour cream
To make crust, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter until well-mixed. Press into a 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until nicely golden brown. Set aside to cool.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth. Blend in lime juice.
Beat in sour cream and mix until smooth. Pour into cooled crust and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
