Italian Beef Melt

2 cups spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
1 pound Roast Beef, sliced 1/8-inch, cut into bite-sized strips
8 (1-ounce) sliced Mozzarella Cheese, cut in half diagonally
4 hoagie or brat buns, split

Combine spaghetti sauce and green onions in 10-inch skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil (4 to 5 minutes). Add roast beef; continue cooking until heated through (4 to 5 minutes).

Heat broiler. To assemble sandwiches, place hoagie bun halves onto ungreased baking sheet, cut-side up. Divide beef mixture among buns; top each with 2 triangles cheese. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until cheese is melted (1 to 2 minutes).

Makes 8 sandwiches.
