1 POUCH HOT CHOCOLATE MIX,
1/4 TEASPOON VANILLA,
1/4 CUP COLD WATER,
1/4 CUP 1/2 and 1/2,
1/2 CUP MILK ,
1 OZ BAILEYS IRISH CREAM,
WHIPPED CREAM,
CHOCOLATE POWDER

IN BOWL COMBINE COCOA, VANILLA, WATER, and PINCH OF SALT, HEAT IN MICROWAVE ON LOW HEAT, WHISKING, UNTIL SMOOTH PASTE. ADD 1/2 and 1/2 AND MILK, HEAT AGAIN, PLACE MIXTURE IN BLENDER, BLEND IN BAILEYS. SERVE IN MUGS WITH WHIPPED CREAM AND CHOCOLATE POWDER
