Ice Cream Pie

1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 cup fudge topping

Spoon softened ice cream (flavor of your choice) into a prepared graham cracker pie crust.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze.

Slightly warm fudge topping and spread on top, and cut into wedges.

Makes 8 servings.
