1 can of chick peas
tablespoon or so of tahini
2 cloves of garlic (more or less, depending on your taste)
1/4 -1/2 cup lemon juice (bottled lemon juice is OK)
1 dill pickle (trust me, it’s amazing)
2 teaspoons or so of cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
Drain the chickpeas into a separate container, so that you can just use the water drained from them. Some people use olive oil, but this has less fat. Basically you mush all this stuff up with a hand blender (do it bit by bit if you’re doing it that way) or in a food processor. Try it, then add stuff you think you might want more of.
