1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
8 ounce can crushed pineapple
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 cup brown sugar
6-8 chicken breast halves
Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in saucepan and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. place chicken in 12×7 baking dish and pour mixture over it. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 350 F. Remove foil and bake for 15 minutes.
