500 g lean ground beef 1 lb
1 onion, chopped 1
125 ml barbecue sauce 1/2 cup
1 package refrigerator biscuits 1
125 ml cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup
In a medium skillet; brown beef and onions. Drain off any excess fat. Stir in barbecue sauce.
Separate biscuits. Firmly press in bottom and sides of lightly greased muffin tin. Spoon beef mixture evenly between muffin cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in preheated 400 F (200 C) oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
