1 pound halibut steaks, or fillets
1 quart boiling water
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 cup sliced stuffed olives
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
6 Buttered hard rolls
Place steaks in boiling salted water. Cover and return to the boiling point; simmer for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Drain. Remove skin and bones. Flake. Combine all ingredients except rolls. Chill. Fill rolls with fish mixture.
