1-1/2 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur
2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups fresh fruit
In small mixing bowl combine Amaretto and brown sugar. Add sour cream and mix well. Prepare at least 2 hours before serving. Stir occasionally to dissolve brown sugar. Put fruit into sherbet glasses or small souffle dishes. Drizzle with sauce. Especially good with strawberries, blueberries and green grapes.
Makes 4 servings.
