1 pound whole, fresh cranberries
2 oranges, zested and juiced
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. bourbon
Mix all ingredients and simmer in a saucepan until cranberries begin to pop their skins and soften, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Do not allow them to overcook and become mushy. Chill in jars or can the relish for later use.
