Floor Sweeping Compound

6 cups sifted sawdust
1-1/2 cups mineral oil
2 cups rock salt

Mix all ingredients in a 2-quart container. Sprinkle the compound on garage and basement floors, porches, patios, workshops, etc., then sweep it up.
