Escalloped Pineapple

1 cube butter
2 cups sugar (start with less and add to taste)
3 egg
1 16 ounce can canned crushed pineapple, drained
4 cups bread, cubed

Serving Size : 6

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add pineapple. Fold in bread cubes. Pour in baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 350F.
