Easy Cabbage and Corn

125 ml cider vinegar 1/2 cup
125 ml sugar 1/2 cup
2 ml dry mustard 1/2 tsp
2 ml salt 1/2 tsp
.5 ml pepper 1/8 tsp
750 ml green cabbage, shredded 3 cup
500 ml corn kernels 2 cup
75 ml green, red or yellow pepper, diced 1/3 cup

In a large saucepan; combine vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper.

Bring to a boil. Add cabbage, lower heat and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes. Add corn and peppers. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.

Serves 4
