Diabetic, Low Fat Pineapple-Peach Frappe

1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup pineapple juice; unsweetened
2 peach halves, canned and diced
1 cup low-fat yogurt; plain, unsweetened
1 cup skim milk
Sugar substitute to equal 2 tablespoons sugar

Combine pineapple, juice, and peaches in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until pureed. Add yogurt, milk, and sugar substitute; continue to process until smooth and thickened. Pour into individuals glasses, and serve immediately.
