1 1/2 large cucumber
1 whole bag crushed ice
1 can frozen/slightly thawed limeade; 12 oz can
2 liter 7 up/sprite/fresca
Use a bowl/pitcher (or both) large enough to fit a whole bag of crushed ice + the other ingredients. (As you can probably tell, this makes way over 2 liters of drink, especially after the ice melts some. Makes this drink perfect for any party!)
Leave the cucumber peel on and slice in thin slices…
Line the bottom of the bowl with the sliced cucumber pieces. (The thinner the slice, the better it sticks to the sides).
Add the whole bag of crushed ice…
Add the limeade…
Pour the 2 liter bottle of soda over the limeade…
Let the concoction set/melt for 1 hour before serving. Stir a little before serving to make sure the flavors get mixed around.
Transfer into a pitcher for easy pouring or leave in punch bowl and add a ladle for self-serve style.
